To celebrate Madeira's Flower Festival, Filipe Janeiro was invited by Improvável to create a dish where edible flowers from the garden would be the protagonists.

Incredible experience all around. The outdoor area is beautiful. We spent a few minutes with some champagne as we toasted to the birthday celebration before we headed inside to a perfect open kitchen and seating area. This experience, food, and atmosphere were perfect in every way. The owners (and chef) were so kind and thought of every detail. We had a nine-course tasting menu with wine pairings and no detail was missed. Everyone had a great time and we were sad to leave many many hours later. Don't hesitate.
